* Please log in the Student Academic Record Entry System to fill out the online form and print the sheet out in color form. 

Prepare all the documents → Document Authentication (OIA) → Registration (Administrative Building)
If you are not able to submit the documents on the desidnated date, please complete the procedure before the certain date.
