Starting January 1, 2026, graduating overseas Chinese and international students only need to reissue their ARC to legally seek employment and work in Taiwan. No work permit application is required.

During the post-graduation extended residence period (up to two years), graduates may work legally in both full-time and part-time positions across all industries.
