Call for Proposal of the 2026 Taiwan Experience Education Program (TEEP)
Overview
To further attract outstanding young talents from around the world to Taiwan for short-term internships and to enhance their understanding of Taiwan’s academic and educational strengths—thereby encouraging them to pursue future studies in Taiwan or contribute to Taiwan upon completion of their programs—the Ministry of Education (MOE) is inviting faculty members of universities and colleges in Taiwan to submit proposal for the 2026 Taiwan Experience Education Program (TEEP).
Program Focus
The TEEP initiative aims to provide international students with opportunities to engage in practical training and academic exchange in Taiwan.
Proposed projects should primarily focus on fields related to the Six Core Strategic Industries:

Information and Digital Technology

Cybersecurity Excellence
-
Taiwan Precision Health
-
Green Energy and Renewable Resources
-
National Defense and Strategic Industries
-
People’s Livelihood and Civil Defense
as well as the “5+2 Industrial Innovation Program”, including:

Smart Machinery
-
Asia Silicon Valley
-
Green Energy Technology
-
Biomedical Industry
-
National Defense Industry
-
New Agriculture
-
Circular Economy
Program Duration
The maximum duration of the internship in Taiwan is six months.

Application Information
Faculty members who intend to apply are kindly requested to submit their project concept and related application materials via the 2026 TEEP Project Portal by November 7, 2025.
Faculty members are encouraged to actively participate and contribute to the promotion of Taiwan’s international academic engagement through this program.
