🌈 Applications Are Now Open for CCU 114-2 Student Participation in International Exchange Activities Grants! 🌈

  • Overseas dual degree programs under agreements signed by CCU: NT$40,000–60,000
  • Outstanding assistance with or participation in international exchange activities held on campus: NT$3,000–10,000

📅 Application Deadline:
Before the close of business, 5:00 p.m., Monday, June 15, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted.

⚙️ Application Method:
Applications must be submitted in hard copy. Please submit all application documents to the Office of International Affairs before the deadline.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  1. Please read the application announcement carefully to understand the subsidy methods and required documents for each type of international exchange activity.
  2. For overseas study, internship or service programs, international competitions, presentations at international academic conferences, overseas exchange programs, and overseas dual degree programs under agreements signed by CCU, students with confirmed exchange arrangements may submit applications in advance. However, advance disbursement is available only for overseas exchange programs and overseas dual degree programs. For all other types of activities, students must complete the activity, return to Taiwan, and submit the required documents; the grant will be disbursed only after the documents have been reviewed and confirmed to be correct.
  3. In principle, duplicate funding for the same activity is not permitted. Before applying, please make sure whether your exchange activity has already received any other grants or subsidies, so as to avoid subsequent disputes.
  4. This year, as CCU has established the “Special Fund for Encouraging Students to Participate in International Exchange Activities” under the Language Center, if an application meets the eligibility criteria for that grant, the Office of International Affairs may transfer the case directly to the relevant unit for disbursement, in order to maximize the effective use of university funding.
