Da Fon Plastic Recycling Plant Field Trip

🔹  Purpose:

The field trip is to deepen exchanges with countries in the New Southbound Policy. Participants will gain and learn about Taiwan’s actual experiences in sewage treatment, waste disposal, resource recycling, circular economy, and related solutions and strategies. By connecting Taiwan's environmental protection field with international talents, this activity will promote mutual exchange and cooperation in environmental protection.

🔹Information:

Da Fon Environmental Technology is an innovative company that was established in 2001. They focus on environmental protection and have established a plastic recycling plant, a Green R&D Center, and a "zero zero" app for recycling education. They collaborate with various institutions and channels to create successful models and aim to become the world's largest resource recycling system while creating the world's first resource circulation ecological business model.  

🔹Event:
On the day of the scheduled activity, participants will be guided by plant personnel to learn about Da Fon Environmental Technology. The personnel will explain and provide a tour of the waste resource recycling and plastic regeneration equipment and technology. Finally, there will be a small discussion period to exchange opinions and ideas on topics such as plastic recycling regulations and current challenges.

🔹Target Audience:

International students studying in Taiwan and hailing from Southeast Asia, South Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, who share an interest in environmental sustainability.

🔹Cost:

The event will cover ticket fees, course meals, transportation, and other related expenses. However, participants will need to cover their own transportation costs to the HSR Taichung Station(designated meeting point).
