The application for The Chung Hwa Rotary Educational Foundation Academic Scholarship is Now Available. 2025-2026 Scholarship for Students in Master and Doctoral Degree Program.

Award:
Each doctoral candidate on the scholarship list receives NT $180,000 and each recipient in a master’s degree program receives NT 135,000 for one year. The scholarship will be disbursed from January to June next year.
Application Deadline: by 12:00 P.M. 2025, September 29th

Required Documents:
1. Two copies of scholarship application form (online registration, please go to the official website of the association to register www.cref.org.tw and print it out and submit.) Direct Link: https://cref.yuansan.com/scholarship-application-form-for-international/
2. A new semester certificate of enrollment or valid student ID Card photocopy;
3. Copy of passport and Copy of visa or R.O.C Resident Certificate (ARC);
4. Essays (autobiography, statement of intent, interest and activities);
5. Letter of Recommendation from an advisor or an academic instructor;
6. Transcripts of academic record;
7. Research proposal (with the signature of the thesis advisor);
8. Budget Proposal;
9. List of submitted Documents.
