一、申請時間：即日起至 114年5月29日（四）下午 5 點止。

二、獎助對象：本校學士班、碩士班及博士班在學學生，並符合以下條件者：

• 前一學期學業成績位於班上前三分之一內。
• 於 114年1月1日至 114年5月31日期間赴外交流後返國。

三、獎助種類 符合以下活動者可申請獎助：

1. 出國研修、國外實習、出國交換、國際競賽及國際研討會等國際交流活動。
2. 攻讀雙聯學位。

四、申請條件：未獲得教育部學海計畫補助、本校嘉星學生的國際學術交流獎學金，及其他相關政府計畫的補助者，得依附件要點提出申請。

五、所需文件 請準備以下文件於申請時提交：

1. 學生證影印本一份。
2. 國外交換學生許可證明或就讀證明文件一份；或雙聯學位許可證明文件；或參與國際交流活動的證明文件各一份。
3. 前一學期成績單影本一份。
4. 申請表一份。

六、經費撥款規定

• 經核准受補助者需於返國後提交心得報告(內容須含8張照片)，並檢附來回機票影印本，經審核通過後方可獲得補助。

七、注意事項

1. 若參與之國際交流活動由中國、香港、澳門等地區主辦，則不得申請；但由國際組織主辦的活動不在此限。
2. 本梯次獎助申請僅適用於 114年1月1日至114年5月31日期間赴外交流後返國的學生。
3. 心得報告除書面文字外，應另附至少8張活動照片，並同意國際事務處作為對外宣傳使用。

CCU Subsidy Application for Student Participation in International Exchange (First Round, 2025)

`I. Application Period

From now until Friday, May 29, 2025, at 5:00 PM (Taiwan time).

II. Eligibility

Applicants must be currently enrolled undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral students at CCU and meet the following criteria:
- Academic performance in the previous semester must be within the top one-third of the class.
- Students must have returned from an international exchange activity conducted between January 1 and May 31, 2025.

III. Types of Eligible Activities

Students who participated in the following activities may apply for this subsidy:
1. Overseas study, internships, exchange programs, international competitions, or international academic conferences.
2. Dual-degree programs with foreign partner institutions.

IV. Application Conditions

Students who have not received financial support from the Ministry of Education’s “Scholarship Program for Overseas Study,” CCU’s Jiaxing International Academic Exchange Scholarship, or other similar government-funded programs may apply according to the attached guidelines.

V. Required Documents

Applicants must submit the following documents:
1. A photocopy of the CCU student ID.
2. Proof of overseas exchange participation (e.g., exchange permit, enrollment certificate, dual-degree approval, or certificate of international activity).
3. A photocopy of the transcript from the previous semester.
4. Completed application form.

VI. Subsidy Disbursement Regulations

Approved applicants must submit a reflection report and provide a copy of round-trip flight tickets after returning from the exchange. Subsidy will be granted only after successful review.

VII. Additional Notes

1. Activities organized by institutions in China, Hong Kong, or Macao are not eligible for this subsidy. Exceptions apply to events hosted by international organizations.
2. This round of subsidy is only applicable to students who returned from overseas between January and May 31, 2025.

3. The reflection report should include at least 8 photos and allow the Office of International Affairs to use them for promotion.
