Eligibility

Bachelor's degree either from a domestic university of independent college accredited by Ministry of Education, Taiwan; or from an overseas university or college recognized by Ministry of Education, Taiwan; or an undergraduate qualification accepted by Ministry of Education, Taiwan as equivalent.

Language Proficiency

English proficiency certificate equivalent to CEFR B1 level

Financial Support

A financial certificate equivalent to NT$90,000 or more must be provided. (Please note that only applicants for the TaiwanICDF scholarship can attach the scholarship application form.)

Introduction

The Master Program of Educational Leadership and Management Development (ELMD) run by the College of Education was separately established in 2012, contributed by the academic staff from the Graduate Institute of Education, the Department of Adult and Continuing Education, and the Center for Teacher Education at National Chung Cheng University (CCU). In order to deliver world-class education and services, Prof. Jui-Lung Cheng, Dean of the College of Education, is appointed as the Program Director to preside over the Program. Typically, he is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership of the Program. Prof. Sheng-Yao Cheng is otherwise contributing to the Program as the Chief Executive Officer, having responsibility for ensuring that the concerns contained in the Program are being implemented in the most efficient and effective way.

Eligibility

  1. Bachelor's degree either from a domestic university of independent college accredited by Ministry of Education, Taiwan; or from an overseas university or college recognized by Ministry of Education, Taiwan; or an undergraduate qualification accepted by Ministry of Education, Taiwan as equivalent.
  2. Students must be recommended by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of China (Taiwan) without R.O.C. nationality.

Introduction

The E-Learning In-Service Master Program in Education and School Leadership (EESL) is a full English program at National Chung Cheng University (CCU), mainly contributed by the academic staff from the Graduate Institute of Education, the Department of Adult and Continuing Education and the Center for Teacher Education. Our faculty members are not merely experienced teachers but also experts in research and educational practices, particularly on the trends and issues in the fields of Education and School Leadership.

The educational goal is to enhance students’ scientific knowledge, ability, and sense about the educational policy and school leadership. Moreover, we are looking forward to expanding students' ability of comparative and international education, multicultural perceptivity, and cultivating comprehensive professional competency so as to facilitate students with lifelong learning literacy.

Introduction

ELMD is an interdisciplinary doctoral program. Established by the College of Education with the joint efforts mainly from Graduate Institute of Education, Adult and Continuing Learning and the Center for Teacher Education. ELMD PhD Program offers excellent and specialized research training and development opportunities.

In the program, by a series of structures and challenging learning activities, at the cores of Educational Leadership and Management and cross nation Developments, is designed to enhance our students’ capabilities and skulls and to become world-class and knowledgeable researchers and professional specialists.
