3. Registration Period: Online registration is open from now until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 16, 2026.
4. Competition Categories:
   • Mandarin Chinese Category: Participants may choose their own songs. Registration is limited to 25 individual contestants and 15 groups. Participants registering for the Mandarin Chinese Individual Category must have a Chinese proficiency level of CEFR B2 or below.
   • Taiwanese Category: Applicants must indicate their chosen song when registering. This category is open to individual contestants only, with a limit of 10 participants.
