Position Information

• Position: Foreign English Teacher
• Number of Openings: 1 position + 3 alternates
• Location: National Beimen Senior High School, Jiali District, Tainan City
• Employment Period: August 25, 2026 (or actual start date) – July 31, 2027
• Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
• Teaching Hours: 20–22 hours per week

💰 Monthly Salary

• Bachelor’s Degree: NT$69,880
• Master’s Degree: NT$77,960
• Doctoral Degree: NT$81,360

Main Responsibilities

The successful applicant will work with local teachers to:

• Co-teach bilingual and interdisciplinary courses
• Prepare lessons and bilingual teaching plans
• Participate in school meetings and bilingual activities
• Assist with related administrative duties
• Help create an English-friendly bilingual environment on campus
• Guide students in presentations, projects, and competitions

Applicant Qualifications

Applicants must:

1. Hold a passport from a country where English is an official or commonly used language, as recognized by Taiwan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
2. Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized institution.
3. Meet at least one of the following:
   • Have completed relevant teacher education/training coursework at a university; or
   • Hold a recognized TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certificate.

Applicants should also have appropriate residency/work authorization in Taiwan as specified in the official recruitment notice.

• Copy of highest degree diploma
• Proof of teacher training or TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification
• Police Criminal Record Certificate*
• Proof of residency/work authorization
• Proof of previous school/government work experience, if applicable

*The Police Criminal Record Certificate may be submitted after admission if it cannot be obtained before the application deadline.
