Short Video Submission Form:
International students who are interested in participating should complete the form and upload their short video and authorization form via the following link:

Submission Period:
The contest will be held in two stages. The preliminary round is open from now until Friday, September 19, 2025.
The list of finalists will be announced on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, and the final round will continue until Wednesday, October 29, 2025.
