【UEL SHORT COURSE PROGRAM (SCP)】
Scholarships are offered for excellent students with up to 100% tuition fee.
The students will enroll in International Commercial Arbitration providing a rigorous introduction to the field of international commercial arbitration which has become the default means of settling international disputes. The course will deal with the internationalist elements of the subject matter, commentaries, statutes, and case law on the subject. The students will receive certificates for participation at the end of this course.
The course is trained by Mr. Le Nguyen Gia Thien, Ph.D. Before being elected as Vice Dean of the law faculty at UEL, he earned a doctorate degree in Law at Osnabrück University, Germany. He is also working as a Research Director of the Institute of International and Comparative Law, the University of Economics and Law, VNU-HCM and Arbitrator, Mediator, Vice Chairman of the Council of Science and Training of Southern Trade Arbitration Center.
